Safety Dashboard
One desk for the safety record: rates, incidents, where people are, the paperwork, and the forms your crews actually see on CraftBelt™. Filter by year and division. PayCrew prepares the record. It does not certify that you are compliant.
See the record
- KPI Dashboard. The safety pyramid, from fatalities and lost-workday cases through recordables, near misses, and unsafe behaviors. Live T.R.I.R. and DART for your employees and for temp labor, plus OSHA inspections, citations, and days since the last citation.
- Body map. Front and back, from the body parts on the incident log. Click a region and see those rows.
- Overtime risk. Prior-week overtime and double-time set next to actual injuries, including a fatigue view.
- Weather risk. Heat, freeze and ice, rain, and wind on the jobsite where the incident happened.
- Incidents map. Injuries pinned by job city, and incidents grouped by location from time tickets, accident forms, and case management.
- Team Locator. People with hours in the window, their incident counts, and the last jobsite on the time ticket.
Run the program
- Incident log. Recordable injury, near miss, property damage, OSHA inspection or citation, unsafe behavior, and the rest of the case types. Add a case, edit it, or pull one in from a form.
- Safety Training. By category and by employee, with the files behind the record. Exclude terminated employees when you are looking at who is active.
- OSHA and state docs. Draft OSHA Form 300, 300A, and 301 from the incident log and hours, on the official form. State posters and written-program covers when that jurisdiction calls for them. Your team marks Ready and prints. PayCrew does not file them for you.
- Company policies. Handbook, harassment, substance abuse, workplace violence, return to work, fleet, distracted driving, new-hire orientation, subcontractor expectations, and the rest of the catalog. Generate a draft, upload your own file, or edit and print.
Reach the crew
- Safety forms use the same builder as company forms, and they show on CraftBelt. Announcements, quizzes, and surveys for the safety program, including a force-to-finish when the crew should not pass the screen.
- Form results for those safety forms: who finished, first-try score, misses, and export.
- Configuration syncs case management and work documents. A green status means the last sync is current.
